• Feel free to download sample Flood Waivers for you to use for those risks that are in a Non-Special Flood Hazard Area (B, C or X). If they meet the loss history criteria then they’d be eligible for the PRP rates. Copy the form so it shows the PRP Rate Chart on one side and the actual waiver on the reverse side! Use it as a selection/rejection form!

• If the risk is in Special Flood Hazard Area starting with the letter A or V and the insured in rejecting this valuable coverage then they can sign the generic 1 sided waiver. Both waivers are mirrored off the Acord 60 form.
